Often, understanding what is happening is not enough.


You may have talked about it, analysed it, or tried to push through, but your body is still on alert.

What is Somatic Experience?

It is a body-based, trauma-informed approach that works directly with the nervous system.


It is not about retelling your story, but about listening to what your body is doing right now.


Stress and trauma are held as unfinished responses in the body.


When there was not enough safety or time to complete them, the system stays activated.

How Do Sessions Work?

We slow everything down.


We work with sensations, breath, attention, and very small, precise movements.


The pace is always guided by your nervous system.


There is no forcing, no pressure, and no need to go into anything you are not ready for.


Safety and containment come first.

Working Online Is Not A Limitation

For many people, it actually supports deeper regulatio_n.

Being in your own space often helps the body to relax more easily.


Your nervous system feels safer, and this allows the work to unfold in a natural and grounded way.


I guide you step by step, always checking what feels manageable for you.

Over time, your system learns how to come out of survival mode.

My name is Eva di Pierro.


I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, with more than fifteen years of experience in embodied and trauma-informed work.


I have supported over three thousand people worldwide, both online and in person, always working with presence, clarity, and respect for individual pacing.
